Responsibilities of the Little Steps board members include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring adequate financial resources. One of the board’Äôs foremost responsibilities is to secure adequate resources for Little Steps to fulfill its mission.
- Enhancing public standing. The board should clearly articulate the Little Steps mission, accomplishments, and goals to the public and garner support from the community.
- Ensuring effective planning. Board members must participate in monthly meetings to plan and monitor the Little Steps program goals.
